We help our clients meet their objectives by working together to identify properties, contacting the appropriate parties, tracking status, assisting with the evaluation and strategies post-acquisition, and managing negotiations – all with the goal of executing on a successful transaction.
In addition to buying existing properties, our acquisition services sometimes lead to a client deciding to lease a property rather than buy. Other times, clients are interested in buying land to construct a new building which they will own. In these instances, we identify land to purchase and often work on their behalf throughout the development process.
